5.MOVING IN

Please confirm the date of moving in as stipulated on the lease before signing and finalizing the lease agreement. Note that some properties have strict regulations for moving and moving schedules, so please con- firm details with your support team. Before moving in arrangements will need to be made for utilities, internet and other necessary services. If you own a car or bicycle arrangements need to be made for parking permits. On the day of hand-over, a support staff member will at the property to inspect and make a record of any existing damages if any. Please store this record in a safe place as it will be needed when you vacate the premises in the future.
